We offer a comprehensive lab panel which is included in your initial fee. We draw all blood work on site. Your labs will be reviewed at your initial consultation.
Consultation
The initial consultation is a 1 hour visit with a provider that includes a complete history and physical. In addition, we will go through your labs with you in detail so you understand where you stand with your health. This visit is more than just a hormone consultation, it includes vitamin and supplement counseling as well as additional services such as weight loss, and nutrition/exercise counseling.
Testosterone Replacement
If you qualify and wish to proceed with testosterone optimization therapy after initial consultation, we offer weekly injections with scheduled follow up visits every 3-6 months depending on your progress.

$175 Initial Consultation
Initial cost also includes: initial consult with a provider and comprehensive bloodwork. Your initial consultation MUST be in person.
$150 monthly for in clinic shots
Monthly recurring cost includes: visits and consultations as needed, weekly testosterone and B12 injections, and anastrozole if needed. If you wish to proceed with testosterone therapy, a 3, 6- or 12-month contract is required.
If you wish to self-administer your testosterone injections at home or use compounded topical products, there are different costs. This option is for those that do not want to report to the clinic every week and are comfortable with drawing up their own testosterone or wish to use topical creams instead. Shipping is included.
$200 monthly for at home injections/products
Sermorelin $300 for vial that lasts 6-12 weeks depending on dosage
